As a Social Worker in the Adults Community team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify needs and develop tailored care plans.

  • Advocating for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult social care and a solid understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
