Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a well-established Mental Health Team based at Fountain Way Hospital in Salisbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist adult mental health service supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions. You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team that places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, collaboration, professional development and person-centred practice.
The Role
- Assess, coordinate and arrange care for adults with mental health needs.
- Work across both community and hospital settings.
- Complete strengths-based assessments and care planning.
- Support recovery, independence and positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with individuals, families and partner agencies.
- Promote choice, control and person-centred decision making.
Requirements
- Social Work England registration.
- Previous experience within Adult Mental Health services.
- Strong assessment and care coordination skills.
- Experience working with adults with complex mental health needs.
- Ability to work flexibly across community and hospital settings.
