As a key member of the MASH team, your responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with families and professionals.
