Your expertise will help us provide comprehensive assessments and interventions, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of families in need of support and safeguarding interventions.
- Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed case records in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Engaging with families to build trusting relationships and empower them to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to family support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in child protection, family support, or safeguarding settings.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and colleagues.
