To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in social work practice, preferably within locality teams.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
