  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within community settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to case management.
