This part-time position offers 29.5 hours over four days a week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in protecting vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families at risk.
  • Developing and implementing tailored safeguarding plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in safeguarding and child protection cases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
