As a Children’s Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality social work services. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular supervision and performance reviews to foster professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Hons in Social Work, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in children's social work, including management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
