We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult's Social Worker (SSW) to join our Mental Health Team in Manchester. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of service users.

- Providing ongoing support and monitoring the progress of individuals in their mental health journey.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers, community services, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Documenting case notes and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in working with adults with mental health issues, demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with service users.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
