We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s TM - Family Help Team in Luton. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop tailored intervention plans.

- Engaging with external agencies and service providers to facilitate access to necessary services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national policies.
- Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and best practices.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England (or equivalent regulatory body).
- Proven experience in child protection and family support work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
