The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant degree in Social Work and current Social Work registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working in adult social care or a similar field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service delivery.
