Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's LP - Early Help Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with families, providing early intervention and support to help children thrive in their communities.

In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans to promote positive outcomes.
  • Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
  • Providing advice and guidance to families, helping them to access the resources they need.
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Proven experience in a social work setting, preferably with children and families.
