We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker for the A&C - OC Cognitive and Physical Disability team in Leicestershire. This role is essential in supporting individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a person-centered approach.
