As a Social Worker in the Adults Duty team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of adults requiring support.
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
- Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals in urgent situations.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers, community resources, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult social care and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a varied caseload.
