  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of casework and interventions.

  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach to working with children and families.
