Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop appropriate support plans.

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with local authority standards and legislation.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
