Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children with disabilities and their families.
- Developing and implementing individual care plans in collaboration with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children and families.
