As a Social Worker in the Integrated Front Door, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and risks.
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Providing advice, support, and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed of their rights and available resources.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to evaluate progress and share best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
