The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Care Wales.
- Demonstrated experience in working with adults with disabilities and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
