We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team for an exciting Adult SW - LD & Autism / High Cost Review Project in Cambridgeshire. This position offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour and provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and reviews of adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Developing and implementing person-centred support plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of support services, ensuring they meet individual needs and comply with relevant legislation.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on best practices in social work for individuals with LD and autism.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A valid Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
