Join our dedicated Children's Social Work - Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Bromley, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to support children with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they deserve. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans that promote the welfare and development of children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families.
  • Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with families and relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely case records and documentation.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, demonstrating good organizational skills.
