Carisbrooke are seeking to appoint an HR Administrator with a genuine interest in people practice. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our staff and shaping a positive employee experience. Working closely with the One Trust Services (OTS) People Team, you will help deliver an efficient and responsive HR service, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.
You will take the lead on essential processes including the coordination of staff absence, recruitment and onboarding, contract administration, and payroll input—ensuring our people are well supported at every stage of their journey with us. The role requires a 7:15 am start time, Monday – Friday to ensure the staff cover element of the role is completed prior to the school start time.
