Overview

Carisbrooke College are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher. Part of HISP MAT, our purpose is to provide courageous, transformative education for all. Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support the personal and academic development of all students.
  • Contribute to high standards of attainment, behaviour, and aspiration within the classroom and beyond.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals, including supporting students with additional learning needs through Individual Education Plans.
  • Participate in departmental and whole-school training, performance management programmes, and professional development initiatives; share best practice to continually enhance teaching and learning.
  • This role may include pastoral responsibilities, such as serving as a form tutor, supervising students, and contributing to the wellbeing and safety of pupils on-site and during school activities.

Professional Development and Safeguarding

As part of our Trust, you will participate in departmental and whole-school training, performance management programmes, and professional development initiatives, sharing best practice to continually enhance teaching and learning.
