About The Role
Carinity Home Care – Rockhampton is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Enrolled/Nurses to join the team. Registered Enrolled/Nurses deliver quality and individualised care, enabling seniors to remain living independently in their homes and stay connected in their community. This role requires travelling between a number of clients through the day, and a variety of shifts are available across Monday to Friday, with flexible arrangements to fit with your life.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve:
- Delivering person-centred care providing high-quality clinical care to the community.
- Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated with collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Managing medications and supplies in line with legal requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies.
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment within the community and staff.
- Building effective relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
About You
You bring warmth, patience and genuine empathy to your work, along with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to older people. Confident in coordinating services and working collaboratively, you build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues. Your strong communication skills and client-first approach support wellbeing, independence and positive experiences.
Minimum two years recent experience as EN/RN.
Current Driver’s Licence and own transport.
Current registration as a Registered Enrolled and Nurse with AHPRA.
Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working within the Community and Aged Care.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
Excellent time and IT management skills.
