We offer a competitive rate of pay: $43.15 – $50.16 per hour , depending on experience + superannuation & shift allowances.

We welcome applications from RN\’s willing to relocate to Rockhampton.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents

Implementing care plans, monitoring health status, administering medications

Communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, infection control standards

Adapting to different shift periods (morning / afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care across handovers

About Us – Carinity Shalom, RockhamptonNestled beside a tranquil lagoon in North Rockhampton, Carinity Shalom has been part of the local community for more than 20 years, providing compassionate residential aged care in a peaceful, welcoming environment. Home to around 65 residents, Shalom offers permanent, dementia-specific, and respite care, supported by 24/7 Registered Nursing and visiting allied health professionals.
