Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and personal care support to Carinity Home Care clients in their own homes.
- Adopt a holistic approach that considers the physical, social and spiritual needs of the client, and plan, deliver and evaluate care using a problem-solving approach.
Location & Schedule
The role will be based across two locations, with three days per week in Brisbane South and two days per week in Ipswich.

What you need in this role
- AHPRA Registered
- A passion for providing quality clinical care to the elderly in the privacy of their own homes
- Previous experience in Home Care and Registered Nurse roles is desirable
