About The Role
At Carinity, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. The Community Scheduler coordinates workforce scheduling across Carinity Home Care – Ipswich, ensuring clients receive safe, timely, and person-centred care through effective roster management and service coordination.
Working closely with care teams and operational leaders, the role supports workforce efficiency, continuity of care, and service accessibility while ensuring compliance with quality, funding, and employment obligations. This role requires availability Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
What do you need for the role?
- Demonstrated experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, service coordination or administration, preferably within aged care, community services, health care, or disability services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll administration, timesheet management, and employment conditions.
- Ability to interpret and apply Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Fair Work requirements and organisational policies relating to workforce scheduling.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining workforce scheduling and payroll records.
- Experience using workforce management, scheduling or rostering systems.
- Highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse stakeholders.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
