About The Role

At Carinity – Shalom, we are committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of the reception area, giving support to other senior staff, residents, relatives, visitors, and other personnel as required. This position also provides assistance to residents and their representatives, manages the operation of the facility reception by responding to enquiries from residents, families, visitors, and staff, and maintains records and administrative data entry for reporting purposes. This is a part-time role, requiring 38 hours each fortnight.

What do you need for the role?

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration and clerical procedures, preferably within a Residential Aged Care environment
  • Ability to responsibly manage confidential material and documents according to organisational requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to all management, staff and the general public
  • Demonstrated knowledge of invoicing processes and SAP/CRM systems
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
