About The Opportunity
Are you a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a role where your expertise is valued and your work-life balance is respected? We’re looking for someone to join our team in Ipswich on a casual basis delivering truly patient-centred care across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as required. You’ll enjoy working with a supportive team while making a real difference in our community.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve:
- Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents
- Implementing care plans, monitoring health status, administering medications
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, infection control standards
- Adapting to different shift periods as required (morning / afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care across handovers
Required availability: Monday to Sunday. Shifts hours: 6.15 – 14.45; 14.15 – 22.30; 22.00 – 6.45.
About You
You’re a warm, compassionate registered nurse who has a passion for providing quality clinical care to the elderly. You approach every interaction with confidence, care and professionalism whether working with your residents, collaborating with families or colleagues.
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience working within Aged Care
