- 60 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
- Full time; 48hrs per week

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
- Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care.
- Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
