Full time; 40 hours per week

50/50 split between clinical and supernumerary hours

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve care standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
