Night Care Manager – Laverstock Care Centre, Salisbury – £18.00 per hour
- Lead the night shift care and nurse team to ensure residents\’ needs are met with dignity and compassion.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all overnight issues, queries, or incidents.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as CQC.
