Night Care Manager – Laverstock Care Centre, Salisbury – £18.00 per hour

  • Lead the night shift care and nurse team to ensure residents\’ needs are met with dignity and compassion.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for all overnight issues, queries, or incidents.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as CQC.
  • Maintain up-to-date and relevant clinical and care competencies.
  • Promote consistent and effective communication between night and day teams.
  • Oversee night staff rotas, breaks, and ensure adequate cover across the home.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to resident care, routines, and any night-time observations.
