We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining, hospitality and housekeeping within our care home. Dining Experience:
- Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Ensure dining areas are set up to provide a welcoming and pleasant environment.
- Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards in all dining areas.
Hospitality Services:
- Manage all aspects of hospitality services, including resident events, special occasions, and family visits.
- Train and supervise dining, hospitality and housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a culture of warmth, respect, and attentiveness among all staff members.
Resident Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand and meet their individual preferences and needs.
