Job Introduction
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the building, equipment, and systems, including plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling.
- Conduct repairs and improvements as needed, such as fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and painting.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are met and maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the safety and comfort of residents and staff.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work carried out and report any major issues to management.
