Job introduction Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
- Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
