  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety standards when needed.
  • Support and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate special events and dietary accommodations for residents as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 2 or above in Food Safety.
  • Level 2 Catering and Hospitality Qualification.
  • At least 5 years experience working in a commercial kitchen.
