75 Bedded Dementia and Residential Care Home
Full time or Part time hours available. Shifts include 8 to 8, 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm. Shifts will also include alternate weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
- Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care.
- Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
