Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
