60 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Home

Full time; 36 hours per week

Shifts may include alternate weekends

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
