Part time position; 20 hours contract. Shifts require alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service.
  • Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality service and making a difference in the lives of residents.
