Responsibilities
- Oversee care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
- Assess prospective residents prior to admission to the home and advise on the suitability for admission ensuring needs can be met.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience within a Senior Care leadership or Care Management role.
- Promotes a positive, inclusive, and supportive care culture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
