Job introductionResponsibilities :
Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve care standards.
Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.
