Responsibilities:
- Manage visa renewals, Certificates of Sponsorship, and Home Office reporting.
- Audit and maintain accurate and audit-ready personnel files and immigration records.
- Request Certificates of Sponsorship from the SMS when satisfied that the sponsored candidate meets the company recruitment criteria.
- Process VISA renewals for existing colleagues.
- Ensure thorough checks are carried out on right-to-work documentation in line with the right-to-work policy.
- Ensure thorough checks are carried out on DBS documentation in line with the DBS policy.
- Request DBS rechecks for all employees in line with the DBS / PVG policy.
- Complete day 1 checks for all sponsored candidates.
- Main point of contact for any general compliance queries within the business.
- Support with compliance training within the business, including face-to-face within our homes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance and right to work experience desirable.
- Driving licence essential.
