Provide an exceptional experience for all visitors at a 62‑bed nursing care home. Welcome guests to a beautifully maintained reception area, ensure prompt attention to their requirements, and support the care team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide prompt assistance with any needs.
  • Observe security protocols and maintain confidentiality of premises.
  • Maintain stock and support reception equipment and supplies.
  • Deliver outstanding, person‑centred care through clear communication.
  • Support the team by liaising with other departments as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and efficiency skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Contract
