Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and preparing high‑quality, nutritious meals for residents.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety standards.
- Support and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Create and update menus that align with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and dietary accommodations.
- Coordinate and communicate with residents and relatives to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Ideal Candidate
- Level 2 or above in Food Safety.
- Level 2 Catering and Hospitality Qualification.
- Allergen and Intolerance Awareness Certificate desired but not essential.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen.
