Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining, hospitality and housekeeping within our care home. You will have a keen eye for detail, a love for creating memorable experiences, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of our residents through exceptional service. Dining Experience:

  • Ensure dining areas are set up to provide a welcoming and pleasant environment.
  • Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards in all dining areas.

Hospitality Services:

  • Manage all aspects of hospitality services, including resident events, special occasions, and family visits.
  • Train and supervise dining, hospitality and housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster a culture of warmth, respect, and attentiveness among all staff members.

Resident Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand and meet their individual preferences and needs.
  • Organise and coordinate dining-related activities and events that promote social interaction and enjoyment.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or complaints related to dining and hospitality services promptly and professionally.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a care home or similar environment.
