Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
- Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
