We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring accurate billing, effective income collection, and professional management of debtor accounts across our care homes. You'll work closely with operational, admissions, payroll, treasury, and finance teams to ensure residents, families, and commissioning bodies receive an excellent service while maintaining strong financial controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing billing for private residents, Local Authorities, NHS/ICBs, and other funding bodies
  • Ensuring invoices are accurate and reflect current care packages and funding arrangements
  • Monitoring outstanding debt and proactively managing collections
  • Liaising with families, commissioners, solicitors, and deputies regarding payments
