Caring Homes Group Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a 50-bed Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home in Cheltenham. You will assist the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home and ensure the highest standards of care in collaboration with residents, families and the healthcare team.
You will lead, mentor and support nursing and care staff, conduct regular assessments to maintain care standards and act as a point of contact in the Home Manager’s absence.
