Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve care standards.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.
