Our Community Based Services in Teignbridge are seeking volunteers to support single adults or families from diverse backgrounds in securing suitable accommodation within a temporary setting. Volunteers are valued members of our team, assisting staff and fostering positive relationships with clients. No two days are alike. Your support may include helping clients with budgeting, providing general resettlement assistance, or signposting to other agencies.

We prioritise the safety of our clients, staff, students, and volunteers. CCP employs Safer Recruitment practices, which include completing an application form, interview, induction training, and Enhanced DBS vetting with references.

Founded in 1989 by a local businessman to address youth homelessness in Cheltenham, CCP has grown to transform lives by preventing homelessness, strengthening families, and promoting independence. Headquartered in Cheltenham, we employ over 250 staff and have a team of over 150 volunteers, delivering services across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, and Dorset.
